The hotel is located in a quieter part of the resort, just off the sand dunes leading to the sea at the south end of Sunny Beach. It offers a perfect balance as it is away from the bustling strip but still conveniently accessible to shops and transportation. The dining options are varied, and the rooms provide modern comforts, although they can be a bit small for families.

The rooms are very modern and clean, with very comfy beds that ensured a great night's sleep. However, they might be too small for a family of four, particularly if one member needs to sleep on a sofa bed.

The service was efficient, with staff attentive to cleaning tables during meal times. However, there were some issues with allowing guests to rearrange tables, which could make guests uncomfortable.
